Hello! This is my story.

As a lean enterprise agile coach, Deadra Townsend brings over 15 years of experience. She is a program and portfolio transformation coach, change agent, corporate trainer, and has facilitated over 100 training courses. She has trained teams and leaders across numerous companies, as well as coached organizations through the implementation of SAFe®.  Deadra is a hands-on trainer; with real work context, which makes her classes enjoyable and valuable.

Deadra is a Certified SAFe® Program Consultant; as well as CSM, CSP, CSPO, and LSSGB certified. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Tennessee State University. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
